FCP Coaching is based on a simple philosophy, which is that young people are actually the real experts in their own respective lives. 

Recent studies have shown, however, that many a person out of the youngest category of individuals is confused when it comes to choosing a career path, due to want of life ambitions, erroneous convictions, or the absence of a strategic planning to enable the transmutation of visions into reality. Incompetence is yet another serious impediment to wealth creation, poor mentality likewise. However, we – the planners of FCP Coaching – have found that identifying one’s purpose in life is immensely helpful in encouraging personal responsibility and emancipation.

With that in mind, the vision of the FCP Coaching Program is simply to motivate the youth of Ghana in every respect, in a bid to help them adequately prepare today for their respective career goals and subsequently for the possible challenges of life. Accordingly, the program aims to offer teachings to improve the well-being of young people, assist them in formulating their career and life ambitions, and finally inspire them to take charge!
